Even though the people of District 12 probably didn’t have the luxury of gorgeous nail polish I think we can all picture these colors being used on Katniss and the other tributes during their makeovers right? The Capitol definitely had these.
I myself have only read the first Hunger Games…
I just finished reading The Kite Runner graphic...
